- I write a plan. What gets built, in what order, and what I need from you.
- I build in stages. You see working progress regularly, not one big reveal at the end.
- We launch. I put it live and check that everything works.
- I stay available. After launch I can fix problems and make changes.

Often yes. I will first read through what exists and tell you honestly what state it is in and what I would do.
›Is it better to fix it or start again?
It depends on the state of it. I will tell you which I would choose and why, even when the answer is the smaller job.
›My site is down right now. Can we talk quickly?

›Do you need access to my accounts?
Sometimes, such as your hosting. We will agree how to do that safely, and I only ask for what the work needs.
